CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. The retainer amount varies by service and is applied toward your total. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you once the retainer is received. --- ✨ Pre-Booked Appointments (Rebooking at Checkout) All appointments pre-booked at checkout require a non-refundable retainer to secure the future appointment time. This retainer is applied toward your total service. --- ✨ Health & Cycle Policy Please plan accordingly, including appointments scheduled during your cycle. Tampons are always available if needed. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling due to personal comfort related to getting waxed on your cycle are still subject to the cancellation policy. Please ensure you are comfortable with this policy prior to booking. --- ✨ Confirmations Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled and will result in forfeiture of the retainer per policy. Please review and complete all required intake forms prior to your appointment. --- ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling • 48-Hour Policy: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. This allows flexibility to move your appointment without losing your retainer. • Under 48 Hours: Rescheduling is limited and may result in forfeiture of the retainer. • 24-Hour Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Any retainer will be applied toward this fee, and any remaining balance needed to meet the 50% total will be due. A new retainer is required to rebook. --- ✨ Grace Period & Late Arrivals New clients have a 15-minute grace period, and returning clients have a 10-minute grace period. Please plan accordingly. Late arrivals beyond the grace period will result in a $10 late fee if the appointment is accommodated. If you are running late, communication is required. Failure to communicate or arrive within the grace period will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment. --- ✨ Extra Guests For safety, privacy, and service quality, additional guests are not permitted during appointments. Please arrive alone to your scheduled service unless otherwise approved in advance. --- ✨ Appropriate Behavior Policy A respectful and professional environment is required at all times. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund or service completion and may be charged the full service amount. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, aggressive behavior, or failure to respect boundaries during the service. --- ✨ Monthly Appointment Policy Appointments booked in a specific month must be used within that month. They cannot roll over to the next month if rescheduling is needed.
