CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. The retainer amount varies by service and is applied toward your total. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. ✨ Cancellations & No-Shows • 48-Hour Policy: Give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule—this gives you flexibility to pick a new date without losing your retainer. • Under 48 Hours: Rescheduling options are limited, and the retainer may be forfeited. • 24-Hour Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of your retainer. A new retainer is required to rebook. Please plan accordingly, including appointments scheduled during your cycle. Tampons are always available if needed. ✨ Monthly Appointment Policy: Appointments booked in a specific month must be used within that month. They cannot rollover to the next month if you need to reschedule. ✨Financing Options: Flexible payment plans are available. A 6.5% processing fee applies when using financing services, with a $50 minimum purchase.
